HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.
PROCESSING TIME
The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds
of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of
our warehouses are internationally-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and
we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
As soon as we receive your payment, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since some products are made to order.
We submit your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 days.
Estimated Delivery Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination, which typically takes 10-15 days, although actual shipping
times may vary.
Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you
provided during purchase containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time (link to tracking page). Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries. We are not responsible for theft).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing, and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
Deals Haven Online has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
